PRESENTATION OPPORTUNITIES - Exhibitors will have the chance, as schedule permits, to do on going special presentations based upon their knowledge or products and services. These lectures and presentations will generally be free to attendees and are intended to present chocolate education at some level—from cooking to the history of chocolate. Although your branded products can be included it is expected that the presentation be educational. Schedules are limited so sign up early—A continuing Chocolate Art Expo will be on-going adjacent to the exhibit hall.

BOOTH fee is $900 through January 14^th (after which the price is $1200) includes 2 nights stay, 8x10 booth, pipe and drape (where needed), 1 draped table -1 chair and 2 event passes. 2 additional event passes are available at ½ off.

Recognizing many exhibitors are from outside the SoCal area we have priced the exhibit Booth to include 2 nights stay on the QM. This is a standard room with city or harbor views. This offer isbased on available rooms, so don’t wait. A reduced exhibitor rate will apply if lodging is not needed.

THE SHOWCASE fee is $500 through January 14^th (after which the price is $665) For those wanting their products in the show but can’t attend—The showcase is for you—We will host your product on a table separated from others and provide samplings, pass out literature and or your business cards—Send us the product—we present. Hotel rooms not included in Showcase.

As California is a hot bed of food buyers and retailers it the perfect chance to get your products in the eyes of some big companies, and surely the public, are big chocolate fans. Book a meeting room for dinners or presentations. You should expect your direct sales alone to cover all your expenses—not to mention the brand exposure and new business.
